Giving
LUF is dependent entirely on its own fundraising efforts and the support of its members and friends. We encourage people to pledge financially as this gives us the ability to budget for each fellowship year. Of course, any and all donations are appreciated. Income tax receipts are provided for identified donations and offerings.
Our Endowment Fund, based on legacy gifts and “in memoriam” donations, helps us to build a capital base, with interest available for specific projects.
How to donate:
- Click here to donate with a credit card, through Zeffy. Contributing to the processing fees is optional, but appreciated by Zeffy.
- Send an e-transfer to lufship@tbaytel.net and include your legal name, mailing address and email address in the message field – to receive a charitable tax receipt.
- While visiting Lakehead Unitarian Fellowship, place cash in the collection basket (complete information on an envelope provided to receive a tax receipt)
- While visiting, cheques or bank drafts payable to LUF may be placed in the collection basket (ensure your cheque contains your address, and email address for issuing tax receipts).
- Cheques and bank drafts may also be mailed to 1502 Mountdale Ave Thunder Bay, ON P7E 3A5
- Set up a routine pre-authorized debit from your bank account by contacting the LUF office 807-344-5980
