We have available at LUF a series of planning materials to help us do the work of preparing for our own eventual deaths. The forms are available online and include:

The completed forms can be held in the LUF office for members, or in a safe place at home if you prefer. The Lay Chaplains may, from time to time, hold a Memorial Planning workshop.
